Sunday, June 28th, 2015

I need to come up with more clever ways of asking the kids about their days so they know how much I care to hear about their impressions

Each school year

Sunday, June 28th, 2015

shouldn’t we parents be telling out children what we remember about our time in the school year that they are currently in just for a fun way to compare time?

More camp

Sunday, June 28th, 2015

Charlie is at Camp Winaukee for three weeks. First time sleeping away at camp. He is totally ready and excited. I’m so happy for him, knowing he is having one of the most important experiences right now even though I miss him. I want to call him but am glad I can’t so that he can grow without me. Before he left I asked him if he was feeling excited, nervous, curious, happy and he said curious and happy. So impressed by his maturity and bravery. I also have him $20 which he was soles about and got him arsenal and caps bedding (the one place he can use aesthetically u pleasing to me linens).

Arsenal Camp in NYC

Sunday, June 28th, 2015

amazing week with boys, they had the best time together, loved loved arsenal camp and were so excited to go every day, had fun in the Ingrams apartment, dinners with Anna, Hannah, Milly, Greg, Carolyn, Jenna, Andy, seeing the Sphinx, Temple of Dendur, Pollocks, Kellys, armor, Dino bones, trips to FAO Schwartz, 100 uber rides, a long visit to Frederic Malle where charlie practiced being a nose and each boy got samples, China through the Looking Glass and great soccer (Teddy won player of the day). The traffic-laden ride home with the boys, making up stories about the Grosso Disgusti family was even fun.

“I hope a panda doesn’t see me in a green dress and try to eat me because I look like bamboo and taste green.”
