So much fun to see old Friends at Comet and to see The Scotch Bonnets with HR from Bad Brains play.
Spring break fun with horses, the amazing Luzzatto girls, Alice and Nora, horses and yarn, soap bubbles, Bobs Burgers stand up show, mommys friends Tamara, Alex, Katherine and Jenny visiting….
We found out Messi was coming to DC. Heather was amazing and worked her Georgetown contacts to get us and the boys on the list to watch him practice. We took the boys out of school early (only 45 min so not too bad) and went down to watch. They were so excited. It was so cool to see. They were excited to let their Argentine cousins know too.
Took the children along with Hannah and her family to see Iberian Suites show at the Kennedy center with amazing dresses (in fact my dream dresses), ceramics by Dali and a salsa band-we even got to dance in the concert hall. Charlie acted embarrassed to see me and MJ dancing together.
Sleepover and farmers market with Mitzi and Grandpa. Very much looked forward to.
I took Charlie and Henry to see the fames
Classical
Guitarist David Russell play one evening recently. They were so excited to out late at night to see a show and were so well behaved. It was so much fun to be with them and I was so pleased with how they watched, listened and were so thoughtful about it. I was really so happy and proud. Some adults rolled their eyes when they saw children come in but children can go to concerts too if they are respectful and these boys were quiter then some adults in the audience. Mr. Russel mentioned he had played before with a cellist so the boys thought they could play together too since Henry plays cello.
