Charlie and Teddy were really excited to have me pick them up from school early to go to Ice and see Shrek and make a Gingerbread house. The girls liked it but the boys really liked it. There were all lukewarm on meeting Santa. We stood in line behind one family for only about two seconds and during that wait Charlie said “Ok I’m done seeing Santa now. ” Also just as he did last year, Santa helpfully have the kids other ideas of thins they’d want that they hadn’t thought to ask for. Teddy tried at one point to run off and jump into a fountain. When he tried to do it again the very observant Santas helper said “Teddy is going rogue again.”
Everyone was in bed before 7 (but not after all four of them laid on me while watching a movie kicking each other to get more of my lap).
