Today T, C, and I went to visit out good friend Judy. We loved seeing her and despite the boys knocking over a bird bath, climbing a ladder, terrifying the cats, and dropping muffins crumbs everywhere, they were still somehow very charming.

Since T’s birthday a week ago he will not let me put him down. At. All. It’s sort of hard o put away groceries or get dressed with him in my arms, but really it’s ok because there is nothing as great as holding this cute baby in my arms and as I type this he has his little cheek against mine. Heaven (Not as heavenly today was cleaning up after Huck who threw up huge pieces of bark all over our bed and Charlie who took off his very dirty diaper in his crib during what was supposed to b naptime and tried to decorate with it. So gross.)

Charlie has been wearing big boy underwear for a week now. All it is taking is giving him an M&M each time he uses the potty. He is very driven by treats.

Here he is having fun at the Aquarium.

For a while poor little Teddy has had croup and strep and was being quiet a klingon. But he got better in time for his birthday and to celebrate his cousin Madeline’s birthday the next day at the pool and having cake with his great grandmother, Mama.

Teddy is 1!! This time last year i was sitting in the hospital, getting prepped for delivery. Teddy is amazing beyond anything I could have imagined or hoped for. I can’t stop kissing him.

We had ice cream for breakfast, pizza for dinner with his grandparents, and T got lots of stuffed dogs and books

I can’t believe Teddy is turning 1 tomorrow. He is growing so fast. He is just my little baby. I wish he could grow up and stay a tiny baby at the same time. I’m getting teary. He’s going to think I’m such a dork.

I took Charlie to the tot store to pick out a present for Teddy. He first picked out a rattle but we decided it was too young. Then he picked out some trains that were a little too old. Then he settled on a stuffed dog and a card with animals on it. It was so sweet. He also said he wanted to give him a cookie or “put fire on him.” I’m glad he opted for the stuffed dog instead.
