Charlie’s obsession with balloons has really gone up a notch his now being able to say “ballmoom”.
And he can not stop pointing. He spends all day with his arm outstretched like the Sistine Chapel.
Charlie’s obsession with balloons has really gone up a notch his now being able to say “ballmoom”.
And he can not stop pointing. He spends all day with his arm outstretched like the Sistine Chapel.
Today major breakthroughs in communication–Charlie said “balloon” and “Ruby”. Not so much advancement in eating–ate the top of a crayon and gagged and spit up. Totally fine. It’s important to try different tastes.
Today Charlie took 4 steps by himself. He also has begun pointing to things and saying “this” when he wants something. And he had his 1 year doctors appointment (he is the picture of health and weighs 22 pounds and is 32 inches long). He is such a big boy but is still as cute and snuggley as when he was a tiny baby.
Yesterday Charlie had his first birthday party in the park for friends. It was so sweet and heartwarming to see everyone he loves celebrating together in the park. He had so much fun with his guests (and his balloon). And even though he only turned one he had 100 cupcakes made for him by his mother.
